All the training videos and course materials are stored in a private members' area that you can access anytime from your computer, tablet, or smartphone — including through our mobile app for easy on-the-go learning.

How long can I access the training?

You get lifetime access, so you can go through the entire training as many times as you want, or revisit your favorite modules, whenever you like.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes. Your purchase is protected by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with the course, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

How do I create an account?

You will be asked to create an account after you purchase the course.

How do I update my account information?

What is your refund policy?

Your purchase is protected by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with the course, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

How do I start a return?

You have 30 days to start a return. To do so, please contact our customer service team by emailing support@drivenentrepreneur.com, or call us at (888) 782-8804.

How does the return process work?

Once you request a return, you will receive a refund of your purchase price. You will no longer have access to the course materials.

When will I see a refund?

You will see a refund on your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Payment Options

What payment options do you offer?

We accept major credit cards, and you can either pay for the course in full right away, or you can choose to enroll in a payment plan. If you opt in to the payment plan, you will be charged for the first installment immediately, and then you will be charged for the other installments once per month for the next 5 months.

When are payment plan changes processed?

The first payment plan charge will be processed immediately. The remaining charges will be processed once per month for the following 5 months.

Can I switch from the payment plan to the pay-in-full option later?

No. Once you are enrolled in the payment plan, you will automatically be charged monthly for the remaining installments. If you request a refund within 30 days of your initial payment, you will receive your money back, and you will not be charged for the rest of the installments.

What happens if a payment fails?

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your credit card 3 additional times over the following 3 days. If the payment is not successful by the fourth attempt, you will receive an email notification about the declined payment, and you will be asked to contact customer service.
